It’s All About the Tea

Tea is the main ingredient in Kombucha and every brew starts with a big batch of sweetened tea. As a tea-forward brand, we focus on using a variety of organically-grown, high-quality loose leaf teas in our recipes, including black, green, white, oolong, and pu’ehr. Each type of tea adds its own unique properties to a brew. Herbal teas (botanicals) such as Chamomile, Butterfly Pea Flower and Rooibos are used to flavor our Kombucha along with herbs and spices.
